Supervisor Position
Details:
·Part time system operator · The rest of the time is spent supporting assistant managers with agent productivity and attendance issues or rewards, giving project feedback, quality control, motivating staff and enforcing policy and procedure throughout the call center · Previous supervisor experience preferred · Previous call center experience a must · Knowledge of "collecting good research", a plus · Must have good written and verbal communication skills · Must be proficient in Word and Excel and have general knowledge of Access · Must be able to work in a fast paced environment · Hours depend on shift - 1st (7:30am to 4:30pm), swing (1pm to 10pm) or 2nd (4pm to close) · Must be available to work weekend shifts · Business casual attire
